Bio / Background
Mrs. Soto is a native Los Gatos, Californian. She received her bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Cal Poly and credential from UC Santa Cruz. She has been working in the Early Childhood profession over 20 years. Mrs. Soto has been a part of the training and education of Early Childhood professionals for ten years as an Instructor and Department Chair in the Child Study department at West Valley & Mission Community College. Mrs. Soto has been with Sacred Heart School for nine years as a parent and has been the Pre Kindergarten Director since the inception of the current program.
