Plans, organizes, implements and assesses fundraising activities to support the financial goals of the school.
Where We Focus
- Improve communication on existing Fundraising opportunities by improving communication tools and leveraging mentor families
- Enhance Gifts of the Heart Campaign by leveraging resources, accepting credit cards and improving the corporate matching program
- Increase Scrip participation through parent education, addition of new vendors, and increased outreach
- Enhance committee / chair roles through the development of event plans and the early identification of successors
- Develop future planning ideas with a focus on increasing revenue and decreasing volunteer hours
Current Activities
- Fall Fundraiser – A big thank you to all the families who participated in the fall fundraiser. We had almost 90% participation! Awesome! And earned some much needed funds for our kids! Thanks again!
- Heart to Heart – Our dinner auction event is coming this February. There is still so much to do! If you are looking for some fundraising volunteer hours we could use your help!
- School Scrip Program – We are off to a good start with Scrip this year with several new vendors and programs to help us meet our $30K target goal. Updated family contribution letters will be going out soon, so please contact the Scrip Team if you have any questions about your current tally or would like to help build our program.
- Take the Night Off Tuesday – Keep an eye out ... these events are about ready to begin! Just present your flyer at the time of your order, and a percentage of your dining purchase goes straight back to Sacred Heart. These promotions work all day for both dine-in and take-out, so take the night off and support your school!
How You Can Help
- Gifts of the Heart – Our Gifts of the Heart campaign this year has an exciting new twist. Be looking for the campaign to kick-off early December. Participation is our #1 goal! We understand times are difficult ... every little bit helps our kids, so please consider a donation of any size!
- Register with eScrip – Did you know that registering your major credit cards with eScrip is an easy way to donate to our program? Your purchases are automatically credited to your family Scrip account within 60-90 days. Also remember that grandma/grandpa, aunts, uncles and cousins can be signed up as well, and our school will get the credit! Please sign up where you can to help support our fundraising efforts!!
