Extended Care Program

Sacred Heart Extended Care program is committed to providing a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment that encourages respect and responsibility toward self and others, which supports the philosophy and disciplinary guidelines of Sacred Heart School. We are open before school from 7:00 am until 7:45 am and after school until 6:00 pm everyday that school is in session (excluding the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter vacations and the last day of school).

Help with homework is provided. Homework is not required (unless requested by parents) until the "4:00 mandatory homework time" which starts after snacks.

Billing is done on a per use basis. Drop in care is available at the same charge. Presently, the fees are: $6 for before school, after school is $8 for first hour, $6 per hour for each additional hour. Fees are billed monthly. There is a one time $25 administrative fee.

Our Extended Care staff consists of Mrs. Walker, who has been a licensed provider for 30+ years and an aide. Mrs. Walker has been employed at Sacred Heart for 14 years and has been a part of the Sacred Heart Community for 30 years.
