Boy Scouts of America

Sacred Heart School has a Cub Scout Pack (Pack 525) that is affiliated with the Santa Clara County Boy Scout Council. Students in 1st through 5th grades are encouraged to join their den (Tiger, Bear, Wolf, Webelos, etc.) for many fun and learning filled activities. In addition to regular den meetings, which mainly take place once a month on short schedule Wednesdays, student Cub Scouts and their families participate in Pack Meetings, the Pinewood Derby Car Race, the Blue and Gold Dinner and an Ice Cream Social. Webelos Scouts (4th and 5th grade) are often invited to camping trips with the Saratoga Boy Scout Troops. Many Sacred Heart students advance from the Sacred Heart Cub Scouts to join local Saratoga Boy Scout Troops. Sacred Heart students who move on to Boy Scouts and who work toward an Eagle Scout rank often return to Sacred Heart School to take on projects for the school that assist in attaining their Eagle Scout rank.
