2009 – 2010 Tuition Schedule Options

The school uses the SMART Management Program for 10-month tuition collection.

Schedule A: Catholic In-Parish
  1. Attend Mass regularly (minimum 32 times per year) at Sacred Heart Parish (Mass attendance counted by use of weekly giving envelopes)
  2. Scrip Program Commitment: $3,500 from 4/01/2009 – 3/31/2010
  3. Volunteer hour commitment of 40 hours per family (minimum 20 hours of fundraising)
  4. New families volunteer hour commitment of 26 hours by the end of March 2010 (minimum 13 hours of fundraising)
Schedule B: Catholic Out of Parish
  1. Commitment to Attend Mass Regularly (minimum 32 times per year) at Catholic Parish other than Sacred Heart (Families selecting this plan are required to complete and submit a certification form signed and sealed by the other Catholic Parish)
  2. Scrip Program Commitment: $3,500 from 4/01/2009 – 3/31/2010
  3. Volunteer hour commitment of 40 hours per family (minimum 20 hours of fundraising)
  4. New families volunteer hour commitment of 26 hours by the end of March 2010 (minimum 13 hours of fundraising)
Schedule C: Non-Catholic
  1. Families who do not meet the requirements for Schedule A or Schedule B tuition plans
  2. Scrip Program Commitment: $3,500 from 4/01/2009 – 3/31/2010
  3. Volunteer hour commitment of 40 hours per family (minimum 20 hours of fundraising)
  4. New families volunteer hour commitment of 26 hours by the end of March 2010 (minimum 13 hours of fundraising)

Note: Commitment and Mass attendance period timelines extend from the beginning of April 2009 through end of March 2010.

Annual Plan August 1st
Semi-Annual Plan August 1st and January 1st
Ten Month Plan Each month from August through May (Due on either the 10th or 20th)

Registration Fee $450 per child
8th Grade Graduation Fee $200
8th Grade Yosemite Science Trip $550/approx.
After School Sports Programs Grades 5-8 $45 per sport
Miscellaneous Field Trip Fees $50/approx.
Tuition Agreement

If Schedule A is selected and the annual commitments outlined under those plans are not met, you will be invoiced for full payment under the Schedule B payment costs.

Please Note: All delinquent tuition must be paid prior to registering your child for the 2009-2010 school year. No registration will be accepted if there are outstanding balances.
