2008 – 2009 Tuition Schedule Options

The school uses the SMART Management Program for 10-month tuition collection.

Schedule A: Catholic In-Parish
  1. Commitment to Attend Mass Regularly (minimum 40 times per year) at Sacred Heart or Home Parish
  2. Register for Parish Pay or use Sacred Heart or Home Parish Envelopes regularly
  3. Scrip Program (Scrip Commitment $3,500 4/01/08-3/31/09)
  4. Volunteer hour commitment of 40 hours per family (minimum 20 hours of fundraising)
  5. New families volunteer hour commitment of 26 hours from 8/08 to 3/09 (minimum 13 hours of fundraising)
  6. $600 minimum tax-deductible donation to be billed in 9/08

Note: In order to sign up for Schedule A, the Catholic In-Parish Tuition Plan Certification Form must be completed and returned to the school office with the Tuition Agreement Form.

Payment Annual Semi-Annual 10 Month
Each child $6,500 $3,250 $650

Total Financial Commitment: $6,500 per child and $600 per family.

Schedule B: Catholic Out of Parish
  1. Scrip Program (Scrip Commitment $3,500 4/01/08-3/31/09)
  2. Volunteer hour commitment of 40 hours per family (minimum 20 hours of fundraising)
  3. New families volunteer hour commitment of 26 hours from 8/08 to 3/09 (minimum 13 hours of fundraising)

Each child $8,200 $4,100 $820

 

Schedule C: Non-Catholic
  1. Scrip Program (Scrip Commitment $3,500 4/01/08-3/31/09)

  3. New families volunteer hour commitment of 26 hours from 8/08 to 3/09 (minimum 13 hours of fundraising)

Registration Fee $450 per child
8th Grade Graduation Fee $200.00
8th Grade Yosemite Science Trip $550.00/approx.
After School Sports Programs Grades 5-8 $45.00 per sport
Miscellaneous Field Trip Fees $50.00/approx.
Tuition Agreement

If Schedule A is selected and the annual commitments outlined under those plans are not met, you will be invoiced for full payment under the Schedule B payment costs.

Please Note: All delinquent tuition must be paid prior to registering your child for the 2008-2009 school year. No registration will be accepted if there are outstanding balances.
