Admissions Overview

Sacred Heart accepts applications year round for admission to our school. Applications are available in our school office. To have your son or daughter considered for enrollment, please submit a completed application form along with a nonrefundable application fee made payable to Sacred Heart School. Please bring or send the application and fee to the Sacred Heart School office at 13718 Saratoga Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070. At that time, a screening date will be assigned. All testing will be done at Sacred Heart to guarantee that the student will be successful in the classroom situation and that the behavioral, social and academic adjustment will be positive.

Once the application has been received and a student has been accepted, Sacred Heart will mail an enrollment contract to you that must be completed and submitted along with a nonrefundable registration fee. (See Tuition Schedule) Verification of birth date, sacraments received, health and immunization records as well as an evaluation or current report card will be required as part of the registration materials.

We welcome all applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed or national origin. Priority for admission is given to children of registered active members of Sacred Heart Parish and registered members of other neighboring Catholic parishes. Non-Catholic applicants are welcome to apply and will be considered if space is available. We anticipate being able to accommodate most applicants.
