Applications are now being accepted for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8. Come and see how Faith, Service and Academic Excellence produce students ready for the high school of their choice.

To schedule a tour or testing appointment please contact our school secretary at 408-867-9241 x100. Office hours are between 7:30 AM and 4 PM.

Classroom observations and shadowing are also available.

 Pre–K and Kindergarten Screening for all applicants

 Incoming Grade 1 – 8 Testing; 3:15 PM – 4:15 PM
March 9
 Acceptance Letter and Registration Form go out
March 23
 Registration Form and $450 due
April 1
 On-Line Registration due for new families
APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR GRADES PRE-K TO 8

Applications are available for the school year on an on-going basis.

Pre-K students are not tested but are screened by the preschool director.

Applicants missing the March test dates will be considered on a space available basis and tested at a future date.

Sacred Heart School follows State standard age requirement for entrance into Pre-K and Kindergarten.

• Pre-K students must be 4 years old by November 1st.
• Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by November 1st.
